Position: Senior Designer / Landscape Architect

Reports to: Managing Partner

Status: Full time. Office based in Sawbridgeworth, Hertfordshire

Deadline Date: Applications must be received by Friday May 24th 5pm.

Aralia Garden Design is a successful, progressive and award winning landscape design practice. We are currently seeking to recruit a Senior Designer who will have an instrumental role, alongside the Managing Partner, in taking the company forward to the next level.  We have a strategy in place to continue growth in key areas of the business and this role will require someone who has enthusiasm to lead, develop and motivate a small design team within a fast paced, fast growing and challenging company environment.

We work on high end and innovative residential and commercial projects, which range from large country estates to luxury penthouse roof gardens.  Aralia positively encourages autonomy and decision making within the team and this role would therefore suit someone looking to take on a wider role than perhaps they are currently undertaking.

The ideal candidate might be an experienced Garden Designer who has previously worked for themselves but would now prefer to work within a team, or perhaps a Landscape Architect who is working within a larger organisation and would now prefer to gain more experience and recognition within a smaller practice.  We recognise that we are a niche company and that the incoming candidate could come from a variety of roles.
