Lucy Geall of Aralia has been announced as a winner in this year’s 30 Under 30 Awards. Pro Landscaper magazine launched these awards five years ago to recognise and showcase young and emerging talent in the industry. Horticulture, Landscaping and Landscape Design industries have suffered from a lack of fresh young talent over the years. These awards seek to reward and promote the most talented and promising under 30s who are making great strides towards reinvigorating the industry and growing its appeal to all age groups.
Lucy, a talented young Landscape Architect who studied at Writtle School of Design, gaining a first class degree and a masters in Landscape Architecture, joined Aralia last year. She brings a wealth of knowledge to the team as well as a calm head and a love of the outdoors. Since joining as Senior Landscape Architect Lucy has managed a number of private residential projects and is now taking the lead on a major iconic international commision. Congratulations to Lucy in being recognised as one of the rising young stars of the industry. The Awards committee adds ‘The selection process was the toughest ever to date and was carried out under strict criteria, so your achievement on winning this award should not be underestimated’.
Lucy will receive her award at the Futurescape Event in November. Read the full winners announcement on ProLandscaper’s website.
