‘Patricia will be talking at Beales Hotel, Comet Way, Hatfield, Hertfordshire, AL10 9NG about how she and her team were approached and won the project to design a series of rooftop gardens for the developer St George Central London at their prestigious development Chelsea Creek Dockside House. To discuss their approach to the design and development of the roof terraces, highlighting some of the issues that they faced with working with the goliath of the Property Development world, and then their recent role in attending site to oversee the final build of the terraces. Working within a multi-disciplinary team their design has been realised and has the accolade of receiving the 2015 BALI Design Excellence Principal Award, overall scheme over £50k’
