Aralia is currently looking for talented and passionate designers to fill two vacancies:

Experienced Senior Garden Designer – closing date Friday March 30th 2018

Aralia is an award-winning garden design practice that operates primarily in the luxury residential sector. Our projects range generally from £100k to £500k+ build budgets, and we seek innovation & excellence in all that we do.

We are looking for a highly motivated, experienced professional individual to join our design practice. You would be reporting into the Associate who heads up our DesignTeam, and we are looking for someone who really wants to make a difference, bringing fresh ideas and energy. We would hope that they would relish the opportunity to work independently with a high level of autonomy, knowing that they would still have the full support of the team behind them. In time this role may develop into a supervisory role of junior designers, so ideally this person would have the capacity to develop into a managerial position.

We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our practice. This is a full-time role based in our office in Sawbridgeworth. The candidate will be involved with the design and management of projects, project team liaison, and detailed specification of both hard and soft landscape works.

  • A strong individual with good team skills, happy to work in a small design team
  • Positive, flexible and hard-working, with a collaborative approach
  • Excellent organizational skills, happy to work to deadlines, & willing to work additional hours when required (not excessive – just as needed)
