I took a few hours out today to attend an Urbano Networking Event in London, where Jane Duncan (Jane Duncan Architects), the new President of RIBA was speaking. I found her talk refreshing, uplifting and feel sure she will be a breath of fresh air at RIBA. Leadership Skills, Research Collaboration, Climate Change and attracting talent into the industry were amongst the many topics that Jane covered. I will watch to see how Jane nudges and nurtures the RIBA membership over the next couple of year.
